The hotel has its ups and downs. The room I stayed in was warm, clean, and spacious with a lovely shower, but there were issues with water temperature and pressure. The service was very welcoming and friendly, although the bathroom floor needs attention. The location was perfect, not too far from the main road, and had dog-friendly rooms. The dining experience was a mixture of superb personal waitressing and disappointing food replenishment. The facilities were standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms ranged from having a musty smell to being lovely and nicely laid out with white tablecloths. The location offered a lovely view but had a cold and less friendly atmosphere. The dining experience fell short, with disappointing breakfast options. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has rooms with a bath, which was a nice touch. The room was of high standard and pleasantly cool. However, being close to a wedding reception caused some disturbances with loud music until midnight and loud conversations below our window.
